Workout: 40 minutes of rowing (strength training), 200 crunches on bodyshaper

Breakfast: fruit salad

Lunch: cereal + non-fat milk

Dinner: I can’t remember, just know that it was low fat.

Workout: 30 minutes of biking, 100 crunches on bodyshaper

Breakfast: Cereal + non-fat milk

Lunch: onion soup (no cheese and no meat), 2 crackers, low fat cheese

Dinner: Oven dish made of leak, chicken breast, potatoes, low fat cream sauce, low fat cheese.

Snack: 2 apples

Workout: 20 minutes running, 30 minutes biking

Breakfast: Cereal + non-fat milk

Lunch: fruit salad

Dinner:  Stir fry (in minimum olive oil) with brown rice, mixed vegetables, and kecap manis (indonesian sweet soy sauce), and oyster sauce. Chicken bapao with a little bit of sweet and sour sauce.

Workout: 1 hour of brick lifting and carrying.
Breakfast: cereal with low fat milk

Lunch: chicken soup and grapes
Dinner: Andives mixed with mashed potatoes from low fat milk and olive oil (dutch dish: Andijvie Stampot.) Whole wheat slice of bread with grilled with cheese and smoked salmon.

Workout: 45 minutes of biking, 15 minutes of upper body weight training

Breakfast: 2 crackers with low fat cheese

Lunch: fruit salad

Dinner: Fresh made tortellini made of spinach and ricotta, sauce made of tomatoes, cellery, chicken breast lunch meat slices, non fat milk, fresh basil.

Workout: 50 minutes biking

Breakfast: 2 crackers with low fat cheese

Lunch: fruit salad

Dinner: 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 3 mini eggs fresh picked from the farm by my little niece. Salad made of regular lettuce and tomatoes, dressing made off honey, pepper mustard and fresh ground black pepper, low fat yoghurt.

Breakfast: cereal with non fat milk
Lunch: fruit salad
Dinner: 2 slices of whole wheat bread. 4 mini eggs fresh from the farm. Broccoli with spring onion, stirfried in a little bit of chicken broth and low fat cream, 2 slices of low fat cheese (the kind I found that can melt.)

Dinner: I had a tiny bit of almost everything at my grandpa’s buffet dinner, meats, fish, small piece of breat, fruits, salads etc.
