10.000 steps: 11,070 steps, had to go for a 1 hour 20 minute walk.

2 liters of water: YES

Workout: 50 minutes of biking, 10 minutes of upper body weight training
Breakfast: 2 cracottes, one slice of low fat cheese

Lunch: fruit salad

Dinner: couscous with spring onion. Salad made of leek, apple, little bit of low fat yoghurt, fresh ground pepper, and chili powder. grilled salmon fillet with lemon juice, garlic and chives.

Snack: none
