10.000 steps: YES, 1 hour + 20 minutes

Workout: YES, 1 hour and 20 minutes of biking + the extra 20 minutes of walking (this to make up for white bread/mayo lunch, 2 timtams.)
Breakfast: YES, 1 apple + 1 banana
Lunch: had lunch out with a friend. Sandwich made off: white roll, with a garlic/yoghurty/mayo like substance thinly spead (I think it was Aoli, that you get with tapas), salad, carpachio. I ate 3/4th of the sandwich.
Dinner: Though I planned to eat rice with my meal, I substituted with trying 2 of the heavenly timtams which would equate in about the same amount of calories. I had grilled panga fish (sweet water tropical fish), rubbed in lemon, salt, pepper, and thyme. A big bowl of the clear vegetable soup.
Snack: 2 slices of low fat cheese. (I am having the worst cheese cravings the past couple of days.)
