10.000 steps…

Food and workout daily log July 11, 2006

10.000 steps: YES, 1 hour + 20 minutes walk extra

2 liters of water: YES

Workout: YES, 50 minutes of biking

Breakfast: YES, cereal with non-fat milk

Lunch: Clear vegetable soup

Dinner: Green spinach tagliatelle, with sauce made off chicken broth, a splash of low fat cream, a few slices of low fat cheese, chives and basil. A bit of parmazan cheese. Next time I will leave out the low fat cream and the low fat cheese, because I didn’t like it. Dish would have been better without them.

Snack: None
